1943 Australia One Penny

The 1943 Australian penny obverse features the bare head of King George VI facing left, with the following surrounding legend:

‘GEORGIVS VI D:G:BR:OMN:REX F:D:IND:IMP.’ and the mint mark ‘I’ for India beneath.

The reverse shows a kangaroo in motion facing left, with the date below the tail, KG above the tail, and a star below the chest.  Above is the word ‘AUSTRALIA’, and below the word ‘PENNY’.
